Design Brief

Create a completely original, distinctive, modern Indian contemporary tropical G+1 3BHK residence on a 2-katha residential plot in Assam, using approximately 1 katha for the building footprint and retaining the other 1 katha as open site space. Produce a polished architectural presentation board dominated by a professional front three-quarter hero visualization, with small clearly labeled front/rear/side elevations, bird’s-eye site view, ground-floor and first-floor plans, site plan, and a night facade inset, all legible and subordinate to the hero view. Design a practical, structurally realistic elevated home with the finished ground-floor floor level exactly 4 feet (about 1.2 m) above natural ground, visibly integrated through proper columns, beams and foundations rather than stilts-only. Show a comfortable front staircase with landing and railing, and a usable ventilated zone beneath for one covered car parking space, two-wheeler parking, storage, utilities and landscaping.
