Provide master bedroom with walk-in dressing and ensuite containing toilet, basin, mirror and shower; separate children's bedroom; family bathroom off a privacy corridor; spacious flexible family living room with recognizable summer and winter furnishing configurations; kitchen convenient to living room and separate guest Majlis. Give Majlis its own direct outside entrance and an adjacent guest bathroom accessible without crossing the private family zone. Clearly zoned private bedrooms, reasonable room sizes and circulation. Include an outdoor veranda opening from living room, yard, entry path, landscaping and parking for at least one car; label these outdoor spaces EXCLUDED from the approximately 130 m² enclosed area. Around the primary plan, include coordinated exterior elevations and realistic exterior and interior 3D views, including summer and winter living-room views.
