Design Brief
Create a single publication-ready architectural presentation board for “Tawa & Uruli-2,” a 60 x 25 ft (1500 sq ft) non-AC, open-ventilated contemporary South Indian QSR. Combine a clearly dimensioned, color-coded GA plan of the entire restaurant with an accompanying 3D perspective of the kitchen and dining layout; use clean architectural graphics, readable labels, dimensions, arrows, legends, and a small reserved title area for an existing logo and tagline, with no invented logo or menu graphics. Plan requirements: 28 x 25 ft kitchen and 32 x 25 ft front customer zone; a 6 x 25 ft delivery/token collection counter strip leaving 650 sq ft dining; open 5 ft entrance with heavy air curtains, 10 ft glass panels on both sides, and a 6 x 3 ft cash counter on the right behind glazing with 4 ft clearance, two chairs, and two monitors. Show 4.5 x 3 ft four-person dining tables. Label all kitchen zones and equipment: 28 x 7 ft dosa/appam station with 5 x 2 ft continuous gas tawa, 2 ft wash run and floor trap, 6 x 2 ft prep table, opposite appam line with four medium gas stoves, 4 x 2 ft kal-appam tawa, three steamers, long sink, rice and coconut-chutney grinders; adjacent 5 x 7 ft hot/cold beverage station; 14 x 8 ft stew station; 14 x 10 ft biryani station; 5 x 5 ft white-goods area with 500L freezer and 210L fridge; 10 x 10 ft store, utensil washing, individual prep/cleaning water points, and three warming/serving stoves behind delivery counter. 3D view: communicate assisted self-service after payment, token display above delivery counter, visible live appam preparation facing dining, exposed slab with no false ceiling, copper-painted dining slab, stainless-steel commercial equipment, practical circulation, warm contemporary South Indian QSR character. Photorealistic materials and realistic daylight, natural perspective, uncluttered, high-detail presentation-board composition. Negative constraints: text errors, illegible labels, invented logo, menu graphics, watermark, logo, labels unrelated to the brief, overlays, diagrams outside the presentation board, infographic-only output, extra openings, incorrect perspective, distortion, CGI-like artifacts, low resolution, people, pets, split-screen, multi-panel comparison board, option labels
